How We Work

All our services are designed to meet your specific requirements, so to start with give us a call and let us know what you need, and we’ll go from there.

Then, if convenient, we would like to visit you in person and experience first-hand your school or organisation. This enables us to create a distinct and informative advertising campaign and helps us to clearly represent you and the available position to prospective candidates.

We WILL NOT bombard you with phone calls, emails or CVs. However, to ensure a successful recruitment drive and excellent customer service we stay in touch throughout the entire process and provide one of our recruitment coordinators to liaise with you directly and oversee each vacancy.
